shipping & returns

SHIPPING

We currently ship to Australia and America only.

 

AUSTRALIA

• $10 AUD flat rate shipping.

• Once your order has been dispatched, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you which will allow you to track your parcel on the Australia Post website. Please allow 1 business day before trying to track your order.

• We are not able to ship to PO boxes.

• Delivery is between 3-7 business days.

 

AMERICA

• $10 USD flat rate shipping.

• We are not able to ship to PO boxes.

• Delivery is between 7-10 business days.

RETURNS

• At BĒCHI we want you to love your pieces. You can return any item within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unused and unwashed.

• Returns are only eligible for items purchased on bechitowels.com within 30 business days of purchase. If an item is purchased through one of our retailers we kindly ask you return the item through them.

• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. returns that are damaged, if the item(s) returned show any signs of wear it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

• All returns are at the customers expense. Items can be sent using your preferred method of shipping. BĒCHI is however not liable for any loss of an item being returned so we strongly advise to use registered mail. (Please make sure you keep a copy of the tracking number for your own reference).

 

TO RETURN AN ITEM simply email us at info@bechitowels.com and provide us with the below information:

1: Name

2: Order number

2: Your reason for the return

  • We will then email you back with an RA (Returns Authority number) and instructions on how to return.
  • Please allow us 1 business day to reply to your returns request
  • All returns must be in original condition with no indication of wear.
  • Please ensure no damage is done to the item as it will most likely go back into our stock for resale. Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Refunds will only be processed once goods reach our warehouse and are of acceptable condition. If the condition of the item(s) is not acceptable then the item will be returned to you.
  • Refunds are processed in the manner in which payment was made.
  • In the event your item arrived faulty (Not including general wear and tear) please email us within 2 days of delivery with a copy of your order, description and images of the fault.
  • Faulty items will be sent back to our office and a refund will be issued once an assessment is done.
  • If you would like an exchange, we recommend placing a new order online and returning your original item(s) for a refund.
